Faisal Alsarraf is one of the Managing Partners and founders of ASAM. Faisal specializes in Civil, Commercial and Arbitration Laws in various Courts of Kuwait, rendering legal and contractual consultancy services both in Arabic and in English languages pertaining to Civil, Commercial and Company Laws and acts as lead counsel to local and foreign clients, which include major Multinational Companies, Foreign Companies and Kuwaiti Companies, in both Public and Private sectors. Faisal obtained his law degree from Kuwait University Law School in 1999 and has been practicing law ever since.
