Homoud Almutawa is one of the Managing Partners and Founders of ASAM. Homoud specializes and practices in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Courts in Kuwait, handling labor and industrial disputes, claims for compensation, title suits, money suits and various other related matters and is rendering legal and contractual consultancy in Arabic pertaining to Contract Laws, Commercial Company Law, Labor Law, Engineering and Construction Laws to our individual and corporate clients, foreign and local, in both public and private sectors. Homoud obtained his law degree from Kuwait University Law School in 2000 and has been practicing law ever since.
