Mohammed Shaaban, ASAM Partner, is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive expertise. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Cairo in 2009 and is a certified arbitrator, accredited by the Kuwait Center for Commercial Arbitration and the National Authority for Sports Arbitration in 2021. Since 2014, he has chaired the Committee for the Defense of the Constitution in the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association.
