Mokhtar Hamed is a Legal Consultant at ASAM. Mokhtar obtained his law degree from Zagazig University, Egypt in 2010 and obtained his Master of Laws Degree (Islamic Shariaa Law LL.M) from Banha University, Egypt in 2016 and holds a second Master of Laws Degree (Public Law LL.M) from Al Sadat University, Egypt in 2017and has been practicing law ever since.
