Mohammed advises a diverse client base on sophisticated cross-borders and multi-jurisdictional deals, including multinational corporations, national companies, and prominent family-owned enterprises, on complex transactions, contracts management, governance, risk, and strategic matters across Kuwait and the broader GCC Gulf region.
